This site is meant to inform those who love our son and can intervene. These are a few of dozens of counterfactual scenarios Cheri created using lies against our son, creating a personona of his Dad to him and to the court. For instance, two weeks after the Guardian ad Litem announced in March 2014 that she was recommending the same coparenting schedule as "things had gone so well and there had not been any conflict". After two years of successful coparenting, Cheri presented a 7-page list of accusations that no one had ever heard before after a half-dozen court hearings. This swayed the GAL, even though there was no basis in reality or history of what Cheri wrote. This swayed the GAL for whatever reason and Emmett was kidnapped on 06-09-2014. Over the next several weeks I'll be adding many more, countering Cheri's lies. Eventually this will include testimonials from stakeholders who know the truth. That I'm a great dad and that Cheri's sole motivation was to not have to adhere to the Judge's Final Custody Order in 2017, which led to a felony Contempt Charge in 2021, signed by the Judge, along with a Temporary Order as she was coaching our son with an intricate web of lies--brainwashing him for her sole benefit.
